Employee Engagement

Organizations need to recruit and retain employees who are enthusiastic, energetic, intelligent, and focused. Employees who are highly engaged tend to be more productive and less likely to exhibit withdrawal behaviors such as absenteeism and burnout. The term engagement can describe behaviors and attitudes, which together can be challenging to define and measure. Opportunities for understanding engagement through a Voice of the Employee study include valid and reliable surveys, focus groups, and other methods of analysis.  The findings from these activities can be useful when designing specific initiatives for your organization.
