What Does It Measure?
The CheckPoint 360° survey evaluates a manager’s performance across 8 Universal Management Competencies. Each competency is then broken into 18 specific Skill Sets, covering 70 observable leadership behaviors — from listening and planning to coaching, innovation, and delegation.
