As a Fractional Talent Management Consultant and owner of BellevueHRM, Jake works directly with organizational leaders to identify and develop high-potential employees, lead complex change management initiatives, and drive revenue growth through strategic workforce planning.

Jake holds a Master's of Human Resource Management from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business and a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Psychology from Marshall University. He is a certified Professional in Human Resources® (PHR®) through HRCI.
