Mark Passerini is an Industrial-Organizational Psychology consultant with a strong background in leadership development, organizational change, and talent strategy. At Hutchison Consulting, LLC, he partners with clients to design and implement people-centered solutions that drive measurable business results and long-term organizational effectiveness.

With experience across private, public, and mission-driven sectors, Mark brings a practical, data-informed approach to workforce development, executive coaching, and change management. His work includes conducting organizational needs assessments, aligning talent initiatives with key performance indicators (KPIs), and leading strategic programs that enhance leadership pipelines and employee engagement

Prior to joining Hutchison Consulting, Mark held leadership roles in operations and HR-focused environments, where he led high-performing teams, developed training programs, and successfully navigated organizational change efforts. His experience working directly with senior leaders and cross-functional teams has given him deep insight into the challenges and opportunities organizations face when managing growth and transformation.

Mark holds a Master’s degree in Applied Industrial and Organizational Psychology from George Mason University and is currently completing his Prosci Change Management Practitioner certification. He is an active member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP) and the Personnel Testing Council of Metropolitan Washington (PTCMW).
