Josh Royes, PhD
OWNER, I/O PSYCHOLOGIST, STATISTICIAN, DATA SCIENTIST
Josh earned his BS in Psychology with a concentration in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin–Stout. He then earned his MA and PhD in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa. While he lived in Tulsa, he also worked as a data scientist for a labor relations consulting firm, where he worked on automating their data analyses and reporting. Josh Royes’s background includes more than 8 years of professional experience working as a statistician, data scientist, and organizational consultant. While working as a statistician, he led research teams tasked with conducting applied research to improve internal processes and make data-based recommendations for external processes/systems. Josh also teaches classes at the university level such as research methods, statistics, and human resource management.
