The idea for DREMR took root over 15 years ago with the belief that people perform at their best—at work and at home—when they feel their best. Hutchison Consulting and DREMR have forged a dynamic partnership dedicated to advancing organizational effectiveness and talent strategy. We have also worked together on a comprehensive Organizational Job Analysis to align roles and responsibilities with strategic goals for an international organization with nine divisions. Brittany Rohner, SHRM-SCP, is the founder of The DREMR Co. LLC, a management consulting practice dedicated to helping organizations put people at the center of their success. With over a decade of diverse HR experience, she has built an accelerated career impacting organizations regionally, nationally, and globally. Brittany is both a trusted HR advisor and savvy business leader, known for implementing systemic changes that unlock potential, drive transformation, and improve bottom-line performance. As a global HR practitioner, she has supported workforce globalization, HRIS implementation, and compliance initiatives abroad with A. Schulman and led transformative HR strategies as Director of HR at 1 EDI Source and Vice President of HR at The Millcraft Paper Company—earning both organizations recognition as top workplaces. Her expertise spans designing and scaling HR functions, leading organizational change, developing leaders, and implementing talent management strategies that enhance profitability and reduce turnover. A Northeast Ohio native, Brittany earned her Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from The University of Akron and her Master of Science in Positive Organizational Development and Change from Case Western Reserve University’s Weatherhead School of Management, with certifications in Appreciative Inquiry and Coaching through Emotional Intelligence. She is currently completing a Certificate in Training and Development at Kent State University. Above all, Brittany considers motherhood to her two children her greatest joy and inspiration.
